Scott B. Cline, Co-President

Scott Cline, 31, moved to Charleston SC in the spring of 2005 from Atlanta. He currently holds a builder's license in the State of South Carolina and is a member of the Charleston Trident Home Builders Association.

During Scott's four-year career in homebuilding with Morrison Homes in Atlanta, he held the positions of Estimator, Purchasing Analyst I and II, Assistant Builder and Finish Builder. He has gained experience in plan development, product selection, take-offs, bidding, house costing, subcontractor and supplier negotiations/relationships, budgeting, field construction, quality inspections, customer orientation and interaction, scheduling, and on-site management.

Prior to joining Morrison Homes, Scott worked four years as a Business Analyst and Systems Engineer in the Information Technology Industry with EDS and Etensity, Inc. in the Washington, DC area.

Scott earned a BBA Degree from James Madison University in 1997 with a double major in Operations Management and Computer Information Systems.

Scott and his wife Andrea live in a Cline Home on James Island .
