Scott Cline, 34, is Co-President and part owner of Cline Homes.  Scott manages the purchasing, construction, and warrantyfunctions for the company.

Scott and his family moved to Charleston in the spring of 2005 from Atlanta after spending over four years with Morrison Homes Atlanta Division.  During this time, Scott’s positions included Estimator, Purchasing Analyst, Assistant Builder and Finish Builder.  He has substantial experience in plan development, product selection, purchasing and estimating, subcontractor and supplier relations, field construction, quality inspections, customer orientation, scheduling, and onsite construction management.   

Prior to joining Morrison Homes, Scott worked four years as a Business Analyst and Systems Engineer in the Information Technology Industry with EDS and Etensity, Inc. in Washington, DC.

Scott earned a BBA Degree from James Madison University in 1997 with a double major in Operations Management and Computer Information Systems.

Scott and his wife, Andrea, live on James Island with daughter, Charlotte.
