Jeffrey S. Cline, Co-President

Jeff Cline, 31, is Co-President and part owner of Cline Homes. Jeff manages the accounting, financial planning, land planning, and sales & marketing functions for the company.

Jeff and his family moved to Charleston in the spring of 2005 from Atlanta after spending over four years with Beazer Homes in both the Georgia Division and Beazer Corporate offices. While there, he held positions including Manager of Land Acquisition Review (Corporate Office), and Land Acquisition Manager and Land Development Project Manager (Georgia Division).  Jeff has substantial experience in land feasibility studies, general land asset management, market research analysis, land planning, and managing onsite field land development. 

Prior to joining Beazer Homes, Jeff worked in the information technology industry with Etensity, Inc in Vienna, VA.

Jeff earned a BBA Degree from James Madison University in 1999 with majors in Finance and CIS.

Jeff and his wife, Anna,  live in a Cline Home on James Island with son, Charlie, and daughter, Bridget.
