Jeffrey S. Cline, Co-President

Jeff Cline, 28, moved to Charleston SC in the spring of 2005 from Atlanta after spending four years in homebuilding with Beazer Homes in both the Georgia Division and Beazer Corporate offices. While there, he held the position of Manager of Land Acquisition Review (Corporate Office), Land Acquisition Manager (Georgia Division), Land Superintendent (Georgia Division), and Land Development Project Manager (Georgia Division).

He has gained experience in the management of division land feasibility submissions, general land asset management, market research analysis, monitoring market economic data, community market analysis, negotiations of land development agreements, land planning, cost estimation, interaction and management of land/site development contractors, managing the field land development of multiple communities across the Atlanta MSA, to include supervising subcontractors, budgeting, utilities scheduling, preliminary and final plat recordings, and the final transfer of finished lots to the Builder.

Prior to joining Beazer Homes, Jeff worked for one year as a Staff Business Analyst in the information technology industry with Etensity, Inc in Vienna, VA.

Jeff earned a BBA Degree from James Madison University in 1999 with a double major in Finance and Computer Information Systems.

Jeff and his wife, Anna, and son, Charlie, live in a Cline Home on James Island.
